Citrus Circle Deodorizing Disks - We love these!  I put them under the pail liner inside the pail, and some pail liners have a pocket to put one in.  In our experience this is a very effective, must have tool to reduce diaper pail odor. It has a nice citrus scent and each disc lasts 2-4 weeks depending upon room temperature and humidity.
