If you prefer natural organic fabrics against your baby's skin (like we do), then we recommend these super-soft All-In-One diapers.  Our heavy-wetter can even go all night in this diaper!  There is no poly-fleece next to baby's skin (the outside is PUL, but the inside is a lot of layers of super-soft organic cotton, which absorbs really well).  The SposoEasy™ is simply the best all-in-one diaper with natural fabric on the market today: the trimmest, softest natural cloth diaper out there! It was developed over more than six months and provides leak proof leg openings with no bindings to leave red marks; an adjustable fit at the waist with either aplix or snaps; a quick-dry attached doubler that easily accommodates a second or third doubler for night diapering; and a soft knit PUL exterior shell that is available in seven colors or white. There is no other diaper out there that provides all this and natural, 100% organic cotton next to baby's delicate skin. Designed to be trim, leak-proof and comfortable for baby, the SposoEasy™ comes in various different natural fabrics: regular bleached cotton, natural unbleached cotton, and organically grown cotton.  We chose the organic cotton fabric for our store (so much softer than non-organic fabric).  Available in either aplix or snap versions, there are also several colors from which to choose. Sizes follow, but when sizing is based on weight, you must also use your judgement about the build of your baby. A tall 20lb baby is very different in build than a short 20lb baby! XSmall (5 to 9 lbs): waist - 13" to 19" / thigh - 7" to 11.5" / rise - 12" Small (8 to 20 lbs): waist - 14.5" to 23" / thigh - 6.5" to 12.5" / rise - 15.5" Medium: (19 to 30 lbs): waist - 16.5" to 26.5" / thigh - 8" to 15.5" / rise - 16.5" Large (28 to 40 lbs): waist - 17.5" to 29" / thigh - 10" to 16.5" / rise - 19.5" The measurements here offer the approximate range, from when the elastic is not stretched at all to when the elastic is stretched to the max and the snap/velcro is on the largest setting. Favorite AIO April 13, 2009 Reviewer: Susanne from Winnipeg, MB Canada   I have tried tons of different types and brands of diapers and these are my favorite.  Last all night with my 10 month old, easy to wash, dry in one cycle of my dryer, T&T doesn't roll out to expose cotton as many other T&T's do, great colors, soft PUL, Daddy friendly (the only CD my hubby will use) and GREAT value!! I have 4 now and plan to buy an entire stash of Sposoeasies for the next size.
