Gone are the days of pull-up rubber pants! Thirsties offers a very popular diaper cover to families looking for a super cute yet effective waterproof wrap that is winning over the hearts of moms and babies all over the globe!
Thirsties Diaper Covers secure with durable hook and loop for a perfect and secure fit at every diaper change. The specialty waterproof fabric is extremely pliable and comfortable for your baby’s delicate skin. Leg gussets provide advanced leak-proof protection and bindings are super soft against baby skin. The X-Small size features an umbilical cut out for your newborn's comfort and all sizes offer convenient fold-over laundry tabs to protect your hook and loop closure’s from trapping lint in the wash. The generous cut of Thirsties Diaper Covers offers a superior waterproof exterior on any type of flat, prefolded, contoured, or fitted cloth diaper.
In order to achieve optimal breath-ability and hassle-free washing, Thirsties Diaper Covers are made from a single layer of polyester laminate. Want to get away with fewer diaper covers in rotation? The laminate that lines the inside of the soft polyester can be wiped clean between uses, then washed in your washer once thoroughly soiled.
*Recent improvements to our already best-selling design includes the addition of a facing layer of laminated fabric that is now attached to the inside of the wings to improve on long-term durability. Also incorporated in the updated version of Thirsties Diaper Covers is another cross-over loop tab to allow users to choose which wing to fasten first. Our signature leg gussets on the newly released covers have been trimmed down just a hair for improved comfort on chunkier babies and for an overall trimmer fit.*
Thirsties Diaper Covers are the best selling diaper wrap on the market today! Prior to launch date in 2006, our diaper cover was in development and testing for over 18 months. The result? A perfected yet affordable cloth diaper cover based on the market demand and our own family's need for a pliable and breathable gusseted cover. The innovative design allows for a snug yet comfortable fit on both chunky and slender babies alike. |

Wonderful cover! This is the best cover I have used. No leaks ever, it even keeps my super soaker baby boy leak-free during naps. So cute too!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these diaper covers! They are cute, the fit is great and they are really well made, I honestly can't think of one negative thing to say about them. I haven't had any leaks and there have been times like naps or when we are out that her prefold was soaked but you wouldn't know it until you took the cover off. I really love these diaper covers and the price is great for the quality!

I was totally new to the cloth diapering scene when I gave these a try. They were, I think, a contributing factor to my sticking with it. They are not only adorable, but they contain leaks really well. The gussets on the leg are key. They dry quickly and keep their color. We use these with prefolds and I just love them.

I bought this diaper cover to try because we are considering this item to sell in our B&M baby store that carried cloth diapers. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by this cover. It looks so similar to other popular brand of wrap but fits my daughter much much better. That being said, I love the bit of elastic on the tummy panel, helps keep the top of the diaper underneath from creeping up, the since layer of PUL keeps the cover nice and trim, and the leg gussets seem to protect her little thighs from any red marks! Also, the cover fits well over any diaper, even our bulkiest night time fitteds! I prefer wool covers over PUL, however this Thirsties cover has me re-thinking my stance!
Staff review: I completely agree with the reviews above! I LOVE this cover and thought I would never use anything other than wool. It fits perfectly over all our bulky fitteds, it is soft and flexible for comfort, and it never leaks! My favorite! I used to think Bummis were the only covers with great aplix/velcro that doesn't rub on baby's skin like most covers, but this cover has velcro that is just as great as Bummis, yet it seems to fit better and never leaks (I also used to think all PUL covers leaked, which was another reason I only used wool in the past). Also I can't believe this cover is so affordable, especially for being made in the USA! I can't think of a single bad thing to say about these covers. Amazing, amazing, amazing!!

I hate aplix but I still like these covers 06/10/2010

Aplix does have the upside of being fast to put on squirmy babies, easy for people who aren't really into cloth (like when Grandma babysits) and is infinitely adjustable, but none of those things really apply to me so I hate aplix. It sticks to other things in the wash, babies eventually learn to open it and it wears out faster than snaps. Even with all that I still really liked these covers. They're a slim, trim fabric so they don't add extra bulk. They dry super-fast, never leak and don't hold odors at all. The aplix on these held up a lot better than on other brands, the trim at the edge resisted staining pretty well and judging by the wear after 6 months of constant use (they hardly look like they've been used at all) I'd say they'd stand up well to 2 or 3 babies worth of use, which makes them good value. Apparently a version has been recently released with snaps, so if you also hate aplix (this is a very personal thing, some people love it) you can check them out. Overall these are a really nice cover and perform really well.
