( Clothing varies ) Special Collection undyed alpaca-hand-knit-clothing.  The hand-knit clothing is unique and beautifully detailed, specially made for Tiny Birds Organics.  The dolls are also wearing cotton undergarments (white shirt and shorts).  The large waldorf girl dolls (14" size) are shown here with a small doll sitting beside them for scale.  There is also a piece of paper shown in front of the dolls for scale (the long side of the paper, 11" long, is horizontal).  The hair braids can be undone and restyled to create ponytails or whatever your child might like to do with the hair.  All dolls come with a removeable peruvian alpaca hat (clothing/hair colors vary - all clothing is undyed natural alpaca color).

It takes five days to craft one of these intricate waldorf dolls, and the process starts with cutting out patterns for the head, body and limbs – from Peruvian cotton cloth (onion-dyed).
